About me
I'm a Product Manager with 16+ years of experience in helping products grow.
I put customers in front of products
Starting as a Tourism and Hospitality Management Academic, I soon had the chance to develop the work I truly love: Digital and Technology.
I’ve spent most of these years working across different areas of Product and Project Management. From helping local businesses stay visible online, defining strategies to grow apps from zero to millions of users, managing marketing strategies; to handle B2C and B2B projects, where I earned experience in being the bridge between internal and external stakeholders, and engineering and design teams.
What I do
I use all industry best-practices to grow a product and influence all the roadmap steps: from idea to delivery.
user acquisition
Platforms like Google Ads are crucial to drive traffic to any organization's online presence, thus improving customer retention and conversion rates.
PRODUCT ROADMAP
From backlog to production, the product roadmap is the core of my work. Constant and sustainable iterations are key to a successful product.
AppStore optimization
Proven strategies and best-practices to increase app installs, by improving its visibility and presentation.
